Celebrating a Birthday

The Red Molly's attended a birthday party for our friend, Jack, this past Sunday. My son has known Jack since they were in the 6th grade. It was a nice party and going to parties with a younger crowd is more entertaining than those with a much older crowd. There was only one older couple there besides us and the others are in their twenties. The music was good, the food was good and the atmosphere was nice; we were all on the same page politically and didn't have to hear some idiot talk about Bush like he's some kind of a wonderful person.

In the photos below, the first one is a photo of our friend Kate who was serving us drinks at one of our favorite restaurant's Friday night. She was also the host of the party on Sunday. The second photo is Kate, Jack and my son and the next photo Jack is holding up the whisky he received from the Red Molly's. The fourth photo is the birthday boy right after he was pushed into the pool by my son. When there is a pool someone is going to get pushed in when they least expect it. I believe that is a requirement at all parties with a pool.
