The Squeaky Wheel Gets the Grease

My last post about Dell... After 3 phone calls and 2 nasty emails my new replacement? refurbished computer has arrived. This is what Dell said "I have reviewed the past case notes on your order and based on that information I am going to submit for a system replacement as a 1 time customer satisfaction issue". I hope I don't have additional issues since my '1 time customer satisfaction' opportunity has been used. Of course the big question is; is it new or refurbished. I don't even want to know. I'm over it.
