Fried Fish, Pole Dancing

Another dinner worthy of Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz but we had Penfolds Cabernet Shiraz no Bin number. My son T-Money came home yesterday from a fishing trip off shore with 4 nice little fishes, 3 V-liners and one black sea bass. So tonight we put them in a buttermilk/dijon mustard mix and then tossed them in flour and fried those little guys until they were golden brown and perfectly done. We served them with new potatoes roasted in the oven and some homemade coleslaw. This fried fish was the best fried fish I think I have ever tasted. The Penfolds with no Bin number was almost as good as Bin 389.

I think my daughter and I might take pole dancing classes or maybe not.
