Final Dell Update - I Promise!

I received my 3rd new computer today and had the same problem as the last 2 computers. It would not boot up. The problem was the keyboard. My first computer is okay. It's sort of a long story and I won't bore you with it; however, I will add that today I talked with the guy at Dell in the resolutions department who is handling my case and we toubleshooted a bit and discovered that the problem was the keyboard. It seems the clicking and spinning noise was most likely a key that was stuck on the keyboard. WTF!!!! So I'm back up and running at work. The End!
