A Good Vegan Dinner

My nephew Nick came over tonight and made the entree for dinner. He made a KICKASS sweet potato chili that would give all those heavy meat chili's a run for their money. Along with the chili, I took out a very nice loaf of French Bread out of the freezer which was made locally at a french bakery. I also steamed some veggies to complete the dinner and along with some wine (of course) dinner was a true delight. After dinner I continued to drink wine and Nick made a couple of serving of espresso from him and Mr. Red Molly. All in all a very nice evening.
