Gone Fishin'

Well actually I have not gone fishing, my son did some fishing while he was visiting us last weekend and caught that nice red drum. (Maybe he was drinking Guinness.) He cleaned and cooked the fish right after he got home from fishing just it time for dinner. It was delicious because it was so fresh. What a great way to eat fish.

We had a great time with Tad home last weekend and always look forward to his visit. Although he can really wear you out...too much partying!!!
